If you read the recap of my best friend's birthday, then you probably heard us talk about one of our favorite parts of the weekend. If you haven't read it yet–no worries because by the end of this post you'll want to hire them for your next event.
Sleepovers & Co. is an Atlanta based company ran by three boss women, Rebecca, Mandi, and Jasmin. They do everything–sleepovers, daytime parties, indoor/outdoor picnics, bell tent, and bridal & honeymooners.
I originally found Sleepovers & Co. as I was searching for vendors to use for Tiana's birthday, because I didn't want to haul a bunch of stuff from Florida to North Georgia. What started as a simple event inquiry ended in an amazing experience that was the center piece to our girls' night in.
HOW IT WORKS
Before I go on about how amazing our events turned out, let me explain how their services work. You head to their site to book your experience which leads you to a questionnaire to collect information on what event you're inquiring about and how many people you want to host. Did I mention that after you fill out the questionnaire you get a FREE consult!?!?
I enjoyed filling out the questionnaire, because it gave them a good chunk of information prior to the consult. As a law student, one thing I've learned is the value of time, and let me tell youuu Sleepovers & Co. respects their client's time.
After submitting the questionnaire they email you a brochure! This brochure had everythinggggg, from all of their services with prices to add ons and keepsakes. With a crazy schedule, and still attending school, it was so convenient for me to review the brochure, talk to the other girls' about what they would prefer, and what they wanted to pay BEFORE having the consultation.
Next, we had our consultation call which lasted somewhere between 15-30 minutes. Since I already knew what I wanted, it was easy to discuss with them–but even if I wasn't entirely sure about what we wanted–I could tell that they knew what they were doing.
Later the night of our consultation, Sleepovers & Co. sent us our contract through the same system along with the payment plan. We loved having all of our communications, contracts, receipts, and the brochure in one place. We also were able to upload a picture of where they would be setting up the event.
ALMOST TIME TO PARTY
As the event came closer, Rebecca stayed in constant communication with me via text. It was reassuring knowing that despite me being six hours away from our event location, Sleepovers & Co. was actively trying to make sure the event was to our satisfaction.
If you ask any of my friends and family, they will tell you I love organization and communication, and that I'm a perfectionist. Sleepovers & Co. made me feel at ease, because of the constant communication. As we discussed what I wanted, we sent inspiration photos of what we were thinking. For someone who is a perfectionist–this was everything for me. It felt amazing to know that despite the distance, Sleepovers & Co. knew exactly what I wanted, and if they weren't sure of any part of my vision they worked hard to make sure we were both on the same page.
PARTY DAY
The day we arrive Lea and I left before everyone else to set-up decorations and let Sleepovers & Co. set-up the indoor picnic.
Despite being based In Atlanta, Sleepovers & Co. traveled to the cabin in Ellijay. On our way there we constantly communicated with Rebecca. It was extremely helpful knowing that despite not meeting them yet, traveling on the day of the event, and having to set-up our own decorations, that they were just waiting for our arrival so they could decorate. Luckily we arrive at the same time and decorations began.
As they hauled in tents, pampas, plates, crates, lanterns, and so much more we knew that this was going to be great a event. After they finished setting up the indoor picnic we were finally able to go look at what they created.
IT WAS AMAZING! They had everything from Tiana's name on a lettering board to the perfect tableware, provided by The Prissy Plate Company. They even brought a teepee, at no extra charge, that tied every thing together. After setting up they left and came back later to pick-up their supplies.

While Lea & I absolutely loved the set-up, the real test came down to if Tiana loved it–AND SHE DID! Check out her reaction below!
OVERALL
Sleepovers & Co. is an amazing company and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They're great at communicating, and you can really tell that they're in the business of making their client's dreams come true.
You may have seen on my services page that I also do event styling, and Sleepovers & Co. is definitely a company that I recommend to anyone and everyone. They have everything you'll need for your memory! I'm personally excited to try their outdoor movie theatre experience once day.
